Creating functionally graded concrete materials with varying 3D printing parameters

The varying physical property in a functionally graded material can be tailored to its specific requirements while using resources effectively. 3D concrete printing produce robust and lightweight for the construction industry. In this study, an approach was developed create objective by examining filament correlations with parameters. It found that of printed is closely correlated flow rate travel speed printer. Results obtained from experiment show optimised structure achieved approximately 50% improvement strength-to-weight ratio. This preliminary examination 2D opens realm possibility future work concrete.
